I OWN A DIESEL 2.0 TDCI CC3 FOCUS WHICH WOULD NOT START ON MY DRIVE AFTER STALLING IT. THOUGHT I WOULD TRY ONLINE MECHANIC FOR FORD BUT SEEMED TO BE GUESSING AT PROBLEM. NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR RECOVERY I THOUGHT I'D TRY A MOBILE AND SO PLEASED I DID. I HAD CHANGED THE FUEL PUMP FROM A WORKING VEHICLE AND WAS AN IDENTICAL MATCH. JIM ARRIVED AND AS SOON AS THE BACK OF THE VAN WAS OPENED YOU HAD A GOOD FEELING. HE CARRIED OUT A FULL DIAGNOSTIC AND BLED THE FUEL SYSTEM THOROGHLY BUT TO NO AVAIL. HE CARRIED OUT MANY TESTS BUT IN THE END HE SAID IT HAS TO BE THE PUMP I FITTED. ANYWAY THE PUMP WAS REMOVED AND LO AND BEHOLD A DOWEL WHICH HAD DROPPED OUT WAS NOT REFITTED AND WAS FOUND UNDER THE CAR!!! PUMP WAS REFITTED AND CAR STARTED. I HAVE NO HESITATION AT ALL ON RECOMMENDING O'RILEYS AND WILL RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS

I have just had a replacement egr valve and glow plug unit replaced on my citroen berlingo by James from Rileys autos. He came out to us within an hour of calling and the EGR valve was fitted the Same day, the glow plug unit had to be ordered but two days later James has returned and fitted it. Full diagnostic check was done and everything reset. We were quoted £800 by a local garage and James from Rileys has managed to do the job for half the price. Excellent service and everything was explained to me whilst it was being done. I would recommend RILEYS 100%. MANY THANKS JAMES.
